After you purchased an item from Home or Product page and paid with your preferred payment method described on Payment page, the next thing is postage and we take care of it.
Postal charges within Australia are clearly shown within the product listing.
International shipping will cost more an may be subject to import duties or other taxes (not charged by us). Please contact us for a quotation.
Dispatch Times – We guarantee to dispatch your order within 48 hours but normally do it within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only) excluding public holidays. Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email. Your goods will be delivered to your specified physical address. The address cannot be a PO Box because couriers do not deliver items to PO Boxes. Goods normally take up to 5 business days to arrive but during Easter or Christmas times please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to arrive.
The items are sent by Standard Postage.
If you want the item to be sent with Registered Post you need to pay extra for that.

IMPORTANT: To send your item promptly when you complete Checkout please double check you’ve provided us with the following:
- Correct Physical Address. PO Box is not accepted because couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
- Phone Number for the delivery driver
- Any Special Delivery Instructions
What happens if I am not in to receive the order?
If the courier does not find you in to receive the goods, he will try again the next day. Normally two attempts will be made to deliver the goods. The driver will leave a message quoting a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.
If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, you will need to pay for the goods to be redelivered again. So, please, make sure there is someone at your place, who can accept the delivery.
